Join the Anchor operator network.
Anchor Resource Group coordinates business programs through local operators. If you run a recycling, hauling or destruction facility, tell us where you operate and what you can document.

What your operation needs.
Current permits and licenses appropriate to your services and jurisdiction. General liability, auto and pollution coverage appropriate to the program. Facility standards and scale certification where weighing is required.
Reporting discipline matters as much as processing capacity. Your team needs to follow load references, seal checks, exception reporting and certificate requirements. Bilingual crews are welcome.

What you receive.
Worldwide program opportunities within your verified market. Clear service and disposition specifications. A defined contact and dispute-resolution process. Payment terms are agreed in the operator agreement.
We understand the operating business because our experience comes from real facility and material-handling work. Anchor does not compete through its own local trucks or yards. Applying does not guarantee admission or work.

Facility review and operational audit
Qualification happens at the facility.

A suitable partner takes more than an application. Anchor's facility management team researches the location, reviews permits and insurance, and checks customer needs. Preliminary eligibility is not final approval. We must visit the facility in person and audit its operations before a final vendor decision. The team decides. Learn about qualification at anchorresource.com.

What you should know.
What does a strong partnership look like?
Clear specifications, honest capabilities, dependable communication and records that match the work. Tell us what your operation does well and what you need from a coordinated program.
Can operators in any state or country introduce themselves?
Yes. Share your markets and capabilities. Each application is reviewed against permit, insurance, material, reporting and customer requirements. A submission does not confirm coverage or approval.
Is document review enough for approval?
No. Research and document review are followed by an in-person Anchor facility-team visit and audit before final vendor approval. We assess the fit for Anchor and our customers.
Can I share supporting documents?
Yes. Use the vendor document introduction to share up to three authorized permit, insurance or capability PDFs, up to 10 MB each. It is separate from the authenticated vendor application and does not approve your company.
Does an application promise work or a payment date?
No. An application is not approval or a promise of work. Payment terms belong in the agreed operator contract; a receipt does not promise a payment date.
How are operators vetted before our material is assigned?
Research and document review cover the legal entity, permits and accepted materials, insurance, facility capabilities, scale/reporting practices and customer requirements. An Anchor facility-management team must visit and audit the facility in person before final vendor approval. A portal application or uploaded certificate is not approval.
What insurance evidence should procurement request?
Request current evidence for the actual entities performing transport and processing, including applicable general liability, commercial auto, workers compensation, cargo or transit and pollution coverage. Limits, exclusions, insured activities, territory and required endorsements must fit the job. A certificate of insurance is evidence, not the policy or an automatic guarantee of coverage. Ask our team to confirm the relevant documentation before release.
Are Anchor and all operators bonded?
Do not assume blanket bonding. If your contract requires a bond, identify the obligation, amount, obligee, surety, term and claim conditions. The required instrument and availability must be confirmed for that contract before work is authorized. A surety bond and liability insurance do not provide the same protection.
Can an operator send our material to a different facility?
The approved destinations and change-control rules belong in the scope. An operator should not substitute a destination or subcontract a restricted job without the required written approval and qualification review. The customer must know who is authorized to decide.
